CANADIAN ORDERS

Canadian shipments will have a $40.00 USD Shipping charge (includes duty, tax and freight) for the first pair and $20.00 USD each additional pair (includes duty, tax, and freight). Canadian shipments may take 7 to 14 days for delivery and will ship via a carrier of our choice.

** Additional $75.00 will be charged to orders shipping to certain remote locations. Remote charges will be indicated during the checkout process.

ONLINE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Footwear should be tested and tried on carpeted surfaces only. The shoes must not show any visible signs of wear and should be returned in the original packaging. Accessories and shoe care must be unopened and unworn.

EXCHANGES

Please clearly indicate the size, style and color of the merchandise that would prefer on your original packing slip. Enclose the packing slip with your carton. Please send the package to the Weyco Group. We will provide FREE outbound shipping for the new item.

RETURNS

Please clearly indicate on your packing slip the reason for your return. State that you prefer to have funds credited to your charge card or PayPal account. You will receive the full purchase price of the product (Shipping charges are not refundable). Enclosed the packing slip in the carton and return to the Weyco Group. We will provide FREE outbound shipping for the new item.

Answer: Brass Boot does not provide a retail catalog.

Question: What is your Shipping Policy?

Answer: Orders will usually ship within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not processed until the following business day.
An automated e-mail will be sent when your order is shipped and your funds are captured. If we do not have a product in stock, you will receive an email with any backorder or cancellation information.

Question: What if I live outside of the US and want to place an order?

Answer: We currently only ship to Canada, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. Shipping fees of $22 will be applied to all orders shipped to Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands. These orders may be placed through our website.

Question: How do I track an order that I placed on your website?

Answer: Once the order has been shipped you will receive an automated email that will provide a UPS tracking number. You may view the progress of your shipment on www.ups.com by entering the tracking number provided in the email.

Question: What is the Brass Boot Guarantee?

Answer: If you feel that you have received defective merchandise through our website, please email us.consumers@weycogroup.com. If the defective merchandise was not purchased through www.brassboot.com please contact the point of purchase.

Question: Is it possible to overnight an order?

Answer: We do not offer overnight service.

Question: What if I want to cancel my order?

Answer: You may cancel your order, as long as it has not entered the shipping process. Sign in to your account. Select your order and click the icon.

Question: Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?

Answer: Yes you can. When placing your order there will be a separate shipping address section. You can also add numerous addresses and keep them in your Address Book. We can only ship to addresses wthin the United States. When entering your billing address, please make sure it is what your credit card/bank has on file for you.

Weyco Group, Inc. designs and markets quality footwear for men, women, and children under a variety of well-known brands, including Florsheim,Nunn Bush, Stacy Adams, Bogs, Rafters, and Umi. Weyco Group has built a reputation for integrity and honesty, and for acting in good faith in all of its dealings, and we expect our suppliers to be honest, transparent, and committed to making continuous improvements, in addition to complying with local laws and regulations. Through its Social and Environmental Compliance Program, Weyco works to ensure that its suppliers and their subcontractors operate according to the Weyco Supplier Code of Conduct, which (among other things) expressly forbids the use of forced labor, slavery, and human trafficking. Forced labor, slavery, and human trafficking are zerotolerance issues for Weyco.

Verification.

Weyco assesses its suppliers and their subcontractors for risk relative to human trafficking and slavery. While Weyco may conduct its own compliance audits, in connection with initial, follow-up and renewal audits we also accept credible certifications from the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI),the Fair Labor Association (FLA), and Social Accountability 8000 (SA 8000), among others. Weyco may consider other companies' audit reports, as well, depending on factors such as the factory's country of origin, audit firm, audit results, and the brand's reputation for corporate social responsibility.Weyco reserves the right to reject the documentation provided by a supplier and may also conduct announced or unannounced verification audits either directly by the company or indirectly by third party auditors specializing in that service.

Audits.

All of Weyco's suppliers are required to agree and adhere to Weyco Group's Supplier Code of Conduct, disclose all factories and subcontractors intended for productions of Weyco's goods, implement self-compliance audits, and submit to announced or unannounced compliance audits by Weyco or by third party auditors specializing in that service. Weyco conducts audits of its direct suppliers and qualified subcontractors to evaluate compliance with the Company's Supplier Code of Conduct, which specifically addresses human trafficking and slavery.  To determine factory selection for audit priority, Weyco considers factors such as factory country of origin, existing certification, current audit reports, and business volume.  Weyco uses unaffiliated third-party audit firmsto conduct both announced and unannounced compliance audits.  Zero Tolerance violations, such as forced labor, slavery, etc. are grounds for immediate termination of a supplier under the Supplier Code of Conduct.

Certifications.

Weyco requires that all of its suppliers and their subcontractors comply with applicable laws and regulations within their respective countries regarding forced labor, slavery, and human trafficking. Suppliers are furtherrequired to maintain current and detailed records that enable Weyco to determine their compliance with the Supplier Code of Conduct and all applicablelaws of the country where the merchandise is produced. Suppliers agree that they will submit to and cooperate with compliance audits and will correct any deficiencies within a reasonable timeframe.

Accountability.

Weyco has a rigorous Code of Business Ethics that provides a clear statement of the Company's standards for legal, ethical, and fair behavior. The Code is provided to all Weyco Group employees and is also applicable to the Company's non-employee directors. In addition, the Supplier Code of Conduct says that Weyco Group reserves the right to cease doing business with suppliers who fail to comply with the requirements of that code and do not demonstrate the willingness to make continuous improvements where needed.

Training.

All Weyco Group employees and non-employee directors receive the Code of Business Ethics, and those who contract with product suppliers receivethe Supplier Code of Conduct. Any Weyco employee can report violations of laws, rules, regulations, or the Company's Code of Business Ethics through our management structure without fear of retaliation. Further, Weyco is committed to working with its suppliers by providing compliance training sessions to educate suppliers on Weyco's Social and Environmental Compliance Program, the Supplier Code of Conduct, and highlight common deficiencies and best practices relative to industry or location. It is Weyco's expectation that invited suppliers attend these training sessions.
